Autism Funding

Amanda’s therapeutic approach is rooted in an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed framework. She draws from several evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Art Therapy. Amanda works with folks whose life challenges have been shaped by systemic oppression and trauma. She also supports youth, families, parents/caregivers and draws on research and community-based approaches to foster connection, resilience, and healing with her clients.

Jess (she/her) offers narrative and existential-humanistic therapy in a warm, collaborative space where clients are invited to show up fully—with their quirks, questions, grief, hopes, and complexities. Her approach is anti-oppressive, feminist, and affirming of neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ identities. Jess works alongside youth and adults navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, identity exploration, and big life transitions.
